Dated Notes Maintain a list of timestamped notes for specific people.

Circles Organize your contacts with customizable Circles. You have full control over the labels' wording and appearance.
Contact Information Store essential details like addresses, email addresses, and phone numbers for your contacts.
Name Changes Track full names, including first, middle, and last names, as well as preferred names (nicknames) and previous last names (e.g., before significant life events).
Profile Photos Upload recent profile photos for your contacts. If no photo is available, Longtime will attempt to retrieve one via Gravatar.

Create Lists Generate address, phone number, and email export lists based on filters, making tasks like sending invitations, holiday cards, and other routines easier.
Export Export people and connection data from Longtime in multiple formats, including vCard (for people), iCal (.ics) (for connections), CSV, or JSON.
Import Easily import people and connection data from any source using vCard (for people), iCal (.ics) (for connections), CSV, or JSON uploads.
Publish Birthdays to Calendars Create a secure outgoing iCal (.ics) feed to add birthdays to your calendar of choice.
Secure Sharing URLs Create secure, customizable, short-lived share links to send to others — share only what matters, and for a limited time.

As important as it is to understand what Longtime is, it is equally important to understand what Longtime is not.

  • No AI Support You'll never be handed to a chatbot, or an AI pretending to be a person — real help comes from a real human. We don't train AI on your data, and nothing in your account changes without your say-so.
  • No Automatic Syncing Longtime isn't about automatic syncing data across other tools or apps. We're here to help you manage personal connections, not create more complexity in your life. You don't need to worry about what's happening to your data elsewhere.
  • No Identity Integrations Longtime does not request access to your Google, Apple, Microsoft, or other accounts. We don't want to add another layer of concern or make you wonder what's happening behind the scenes. Longtime is here to help you, not complicate things.
  • No Sales & Marketing We don't bombard you with emails, texts, or push notifications. There are no cookies on our site, and you won't see display ads for Longtime across other websites. We're simply not interested in that.
  • Not for Business Longtime is not a tool for business transactions or closing deals. If that's what you're looking for, there are plenty of other options out there. Do you offer a trial?

Yes! You can try Longtime free for 7 days. If it's not the right fit, no worries – just cancel before the trial ends and you won't be charged.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via any major credit card. Unfortunately, we don't support PayPal, Bitcoin, or other alternative payment methods.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel anytime. When you do, your plan will end at the conclusion of the current subscription cycle. Be sure to export any data you need before cancellation. For more details, refer to our cancellation policy.

Will you give me a refund?

Generally, no. Since Longtime is a month-to-month service, we don't offer refunds. If you're not satisfied, we recommend canceling your subscription and exporting your data before the cycle ends.

How can I get access to support?

Can I use this for business or sales-focused contact management?

While it's possible to use Longtime for business purposes, it's not designed for that. Longtime is specifically built for personal use, helping individuals and families keep track of contacts they don't regularly interact with.
